Out of curiosity, as we are week after it's implementation - do people use that method?

yeah, we had a internal error with the GMs endpoint for a few days but its back again and there was about 200 ticket there this morning.

The error the GMs had was caused by someone submitting a ticket and then removing that character, the system now have failsafes for this issue.

They sure will once the .gmlist command is gone
