Hey guys - I have the same problem, when I run the launcher I can connect, but the character selection page opens as a blank page. I can see the buttons an the text, but I can't see any of my characters. I do appear to be able to click on stuff, as when I click back left and choose play, the game starts to load as it would normally (Loading Interface), and I even sometimes see the book. However it always bugs out before the game launches with "Warhammer Online Age of Reckoning has stopped working" and a black background. I've updated my drivers, reinstalled Direct X and even reinstalled the game, but to no effect. I'm running Windows 10 with a Geforce 750 GTX. The game worked on Tuesday night, but since last night (Friday) it's been like this. There are people online, so I don't think it's server down causing the issue. Can anyone help, please?

It's also not my anti virus, and in the mean-time I've also checked that all the WAR files are unlocked as well as that the Direct Play option is ticked in Legacy Components (under Turn Windows features on and off). Can anyone help? I really am not getting anywhere.

If it worked before, and not today, it's probably an internet issue. Reset your router, try a VPN, or yell at your ISP.

Same story with the ISP. I saw a German VPN advertised in the Forum, but 1) it's in German and 2) It says it will track me around and even alter my browser settings and (if I understood correctly) history and search results. Can anyone recommend another?

It wouldn't cause that issue. You would show up on the moon.
Search for VPN's, there are many of them. I pay for mine (PIA), haven't used any free ones.
