Agreed. It can allow you to keep up with a charging mdps, which is super important for pushing in open field fighting.

Unstoppable Juggernaut is a superb tactic...the only reason I am not equipping it, is because I am not a defensive tank-guarding players and I don't have slots to spare.

Keen Arrowheads & Split Arrows -- low utility, speccable

Blood-Soaked War -- only even slightly usable for pve farming mass low lvl mobs with LA+ES, and even then.. pretty meh

+ Guerrilla Training but hopefully this will be changed soon anyway.

not so BRIGHT WIZARD:

Draining Burn & Searing Vitality -- low utility, speccable

You could argue several other tactics are underperforming, but some are tied to all Empire classes and you *could* make the case for each of them in specific setups; I don't know BW well enough to make that call.

Septic Blade: Not a flat value...its 25% on top of %crit, Envonmed blade also one of the worst dots in games + not worth a tactic slot.

I went through KoTBS tactics and only one is utterly useless - Well-Trained, all others have some kind of application in certain fields

and as for...
Slayer
Takin' Chances - Considering you need to be in red for max regen and in yellow for some low regen it's really bad (120hp/4s in yellow, 240hp/4s in red, more or less, scales with points invested in skavenslayer tree)
Runic Blessing - made a topic few weeks ago on balance forums on that
Hastened punishement - it's not bad, but there are better cd reducing tactics if anyone want to slot them
Honor Restored - 25% chance to heal for 200+ dmg on rare exhaustive attacks. Not reliable at all, even takin chances is betteer than this
The Bigger they are - utterly useless

embrace the pain might be ok while leveling, but considering it's available at 39lvl makes it useless (just slot brute force and wild gambit for flat stats increase)

For BO it would be actually easier to list the good tactics instead because most are completely useless.

BO tactics that underperform

You got nothing : high in tree, low health over 10 secs
Big brawling : adds slow but also adds a cool down to skill, makes arkward to use
More hard core : adds medium knock back to two skills, uncontrollable
Keep it going: adds damage to ale skill slight reduce in AP cost, skill has 10sec cool down so not effective use of skill, low in tree
Focused offence: adds 15% damage , reduces hate 15% at cost of 30% armor,
Looking for opertunity: removes 6% moral from target on hit
Don't bother me none : spirit resist, too specialized, but common to a lot of classes.

Hack and Slash (One is an aoe attack that hits around 200 on most front liners and the other is a filler that no one will ever use even with reduced ap cost)
