Beara it's archea here your characters got deleted?

I wonder why people have multible accounts in the first place.

Probably because you used same password on 2 accounts ?

As a side note I'm amazed by number of people not knowing which accounts they use to play the game.

I do not have two accounts. I have an account and my 12 year old son (who runs the Vegetaplays Youtube page I post my videos on) has an account, but I do not know his password and he does not know mine. In addition prior to my son creating his Warhammer account I specifically asked here on the forums if having two accounts originating from the same address was a violation of any TOS rule and I was told no, as long as two different people were actually playing them. Thank you for your time and attention.

Send the character names to MaxHayman or wargrimnir, they can check if chars are still in DB.

My characters got deleted too, my main was Critolis (SW), can you please help?
Name doesn't appear on armory tho..

We deleted inactive characters 2 years ago during a wipe.

We've deleted no characters since then. Seeing as you created your account in 2015, it's possible they were wiped if you haven't played in a very long time.

can you tell me what you did ? I'm having the same problem, i'm pretty sure I'm using the right account (only have one here after all and I can log) but all my chars are gone, while they seems to exist since I can't use their names for a new char...

Did you also check for your characters here in the Armory?

I too have the same issue after the patch.
Since I had forgotten my password I had to reset it, and when I logged in I had no characters available.

and a few more, the above ones I looked up in the armory.


I've been logged in within the last month and it should be the same username as before.
