10/10 for transparency-ish RvR changes, they will greatly reduce the frustration of most players or atleast allow them to go about it in a constructive manner (e.g.: upping one's game as the chat more accurately reflects their performance, estimating the time required to get a bag, yadyada).

Interesting... lots of nice RVR changes... curious how this will impact lowbies in RVR, but welcome changes for the higher RR players without question.

Sounds fair but what does work for it mean. I'm sure you won't tell the specifics but can the "work" be normally done in 30 minutes or do I have to be in the zone for over an hour or even more? In some cases I come online and have more or less 30 minutes. So knowing this should I rather do some sc's instead of orvr now?
Just RvR still.

Before white bags were dropping no matter your roll. Now you need to roll appropriately to receive them. Otherwise you'll get a bonus for them as intended on your next roll.

That’s a good step IMHO.
Even if drop rate on subj weapon should be adjusted (some classes have 1 choice, some 3. Such things leads to unequal distribution related to the class).
