Cant see reason to lock Rampage behind 2h. Its not Giantslayer tree, its not that good as many believe. Unnecesary nerf.

Black orc WAAAAAAAGH! change will cause massive dmg buff to the party, feels like overkill considering it can have 100% uptime.

To deal with Slayer, first we have to cut out the rot - that being that Skavenslayer is competitive or better ST DPS than the other trees. I'm not done with Slayer (and by extension Choppa, if required.) Skavenslayer will move more AoE and the other trees will be improved for ST as they need to be.

I can't speak for the change to WAAAAGH! as I only sugested the Elemental debuff change for DPS Shaman purposes primarily.

Reliance on a disarm as part of an optimal rotation = bad. Being the only dps class in the game with 2 x 3-second casts is overkill, particularly when one takes into account that MBF doesn't have the range, nor damage, of BoC.

They're not. It's a PUG tactic for PUG use in cases where RDPS is heavy and Guard is lacking. No one playing in a proper comp that has Guard is likely to sacrifice damage for it, and it doesn't stack with Guard and detaunts by design. If we have an imbalance in how good the melee classes are on each side, let's tackle it separately.
I won't be so sure of that, especially for those premade running 6vsX, that will make them very resistant. Let's wait and see :)

My poor Indigestion... I loved using it on WPs because they couldn't cleanse it..

Locking Rampage to 2h wont change weak ST position at all. Changing Spellbreaker to not use rage (and adding short cd to offset it) would be the way to make ST slayer a thing.
