Given the fact that I don't know you or your experience from live, and thus only trying to help you with some hints, if you basically ignore all from my previous post because you already know it, it still comes down to what I wrote:
Staying in T1 at least to RR 25 (20 is easy, 25 moderate and 30 rather hard) will save you plenty of time in T2+. Why that? The sooner you reach RR 40, the sooner you can just "powerlevel" through PvE for your rank 40.
So if you leveled a 30/30 toon, it makes obtaining the proper gear a bit more complicated, that's it.
And even if you now want to obtain Devastator, you can buy boots/gloves for a few gold on AH and need 61 Solider Medaillons... you can't tell me you don't have them at 30/30, you should have plenty Officer ones to break them down.
I don't need hints here , i'm not young retard who need a guide for taking a poop, i need justice for my hard earned currency that i can't change in to previous one. Two year ago there was no such problem, now it is. Time to fix it.

You are trying hard to come across like one, when ignoring, what people wrote. With your progress you have the currency and the rr to break them down. There are no excuses apart from heavy pve grinding but then again it begs the question, why you want to use pvp sets, without doing pvp to a certain degree.

Are you kidding me? 30 rr isn't enough, why would we don't make those sets 25 lvl 40 RR then. I dont's see logic in your thougts.
It's Suggestions & Feedback - forum, no one asked your "wuss" advice about "staying in t1 as long as you can".

No, I am not playing order I suggest you don't try to hide your weak insults and use some common sense.
How you think rr30 is not enough? There are several downgrade options for different currency. Offi to soldier needs rr30, conq to soldier needs rr40. The costs for t3 items are so low, no way you don't have the currency by this time.
I doubt anything would change based on your arguments, because they hold no ground.

Like I said, whenever you did rvr you joined warbands, where you roll against 23 others and therefore get barely any currency drops. Small scale and solo rvr gives you that many currency before you even make rank 20.
The xp-rp ratio without rested bonus lets your rr raise faster than level. Having 30/30 means you farmed xp to get your level equal to your rr.

30/30 is totaly normal, thats it, i got my high tier currency now let me change it. Please stop posting this over and over again.

It is not and never was normal since the time they capped rr at 2x xp. You don't know how to progress properly but I guess it is wasted effort here. Good luck with your proposal!
