- The xp quest multiplier has been removed but all (including RvR) quests have had their xp gain increased to offset this change.
- The quest abandonment timer has been removed.
- The xp gain bonus on kills included in quests have been removed.
It would be mostly the same, can be slower if you kill a lot of monsters. But it was to stop an exploit as well as not being a system that worked as we wanted. The questing experience is something we will revisit more in the future but it could not stay in its current form (hence the increase of xp gain from quests to not not just increase leveling times)

well remove the 3x xp from quests was a bad change in my eyes. well but i had no clue about a bug what people ofc use.
but it was a smooth thing and i had a lot of fun on doing quest cuz i saw it was the effort worth xp wise. if its now back on normal status quests are not the efford worth except epic etc

All quest (everywhere)
including RVR and SC are now X2.

Just checked to see if this fixed my issue, but it didn't.
I just did this
log onto 40 and run to Grimmenhagen Village
log out
log in - now I am a chicken.
