I have simular problems.
What i noticed, is that just my first CPU-Core is utilized.
If i change the Affinity to only use for example the last 4 cores the load splits better between the cores and i get a better framerate. Does anyone noticed this behavior for his client?

scatterthewinds, I think your suggestion actually worked! I'm not entirely sure yet, but everything is working flawlessly. Barely any stutter. I will play more tomorrow and really verify.
Yes disabling these addons helps, but also playing w/o them is nightmare.
Also some stutters u will never fix like in Keep Lord fights, whenever u target lord, FPS drops drastically...
I'm still very new, so I have no idea what I'm missing out on. But it feels good to be able to play properly!

Its old game engine, even many current games dont utilize multicores properly, always Single Core speed is what matters most for game performance.
I also like to do this:

It maybe to effect performance that much BUT it prevents from crashes a lot, i basically never crash unless my WAR run for 6h and i try to do ReloadUI, usually ends with DC and Character Loading screen.
