Well not necessarily. In my opinion the best looking helm is found only in pve, the sentinel one. You can get it in ch 22 pq also.

I was about to say that. IMO Sentinel set looks very cool in all classes.

Helm and shoulders are sovereign set not available in game atm.Those shoulders are not the invader/overlord/imperator one that u can get in ror.Boots are t4 dwarf reward drengi boots,belt also available in game
