Return of Reckoning

Joining the convo late - but have a SnB spec, a 2h spec, use https://tools.idrinth.de/addons/closet-goblin/, change gear in-between combat as the fight progresses. I switch SnB if I expect to get focused more / need hold the line for my group. Nature of warbands in this game is rarely ever 'pick the best type of tank', it's damnit we need ANY healer. Have never seen a warband that rejected a particular class because another one did a better job assisting the wb. Warband play just isn't high-level gameplay - as opposed to 6man / ranked SC group play.

I'd say - 2hand, but have a SnB set/spec set up in closetgoblin that you can switch to as needed in RVR. (add a dps gear set too).
Love how flexible the BG is.

In short ; No there is no reason to have a SnB BG in the wb over a Bo or Chosen. If you try and state otherwise you are simply wrong or not playing the wb potential to the fullest, it is that simple. pug away as SnB BG, but in a more serius note then that there is none. One 2h Bg in a WB is the most BG's you will ever see in a serius WB comp... And even that could be considered a stretch.
