Return of Reckoning

It's about 2 years for now since in this broken state, and there was no a single buff for raw damage or armor penetration absolutely nothing, barrage nerfed to sh*t, unshakable focus deleted from the game, you can't even spam LA without targeting somebody in 20 feet while you will be set back/interrupted/stunned or even killed because you have to be in a tank line to use Expert Skirmisher, most of the tactics while giving something take from you a lot like "Bullseye" so you are even more glasscannon (not really cannon just a glassofshit). You are not able to do dmg with your physical skills and barely cast your LA meanwhile doing 600 dmg every 3 sec (not going to talk even about SFA it's a joke, well done devs keep doing nothing). There is no even a good set to "bypass armor meta", compare BW Onslaught 4p bonus. Healers using full armor/wounds talies and still can kite warbands and overheal cause they don't even need willpower to heal, and look at ranged SW it's a joke, you will never kill a healer with armor talies in skirmish spec, you can't participate in RvR not in a good organised WB for sure, just forget about this.

The overall kit ain't that bad, with a plus 10% damage on Sfa and cutting in half the damage bonus on the splitting arrow tactics this could be interesting aoe. Still the warband utility is low, 8% crit isn't a game changer...

That's a shame, the gameplay is way more fun than assault build!

I do appreciate the builds you guys posted and I modified mine accordingly; do you have tips for rr points? Running weapon skill and ranged critical +usual futile strike etc. right now.

Adding to that, 7 pcs Invader dont work at all (no +10% crit on skirmish skills, bug reported since weeks, not even a label on post), and you can bury this spec for now.

Sure, mass debuff 15% with SFA+ pierce defenses can help, but its about all, really. You cant "kite to death" anyone, and maybe you can use assault stance to win a solo and undergeared/underskilled mdps, but it's a rare occurence by now.

You cant win against any mSH (too many tools, regen and tanking, plus escape), you cant win against decent healer (you have literally no burst, and spamming Shadow Sting is poor effect anyway), you maybe can win attrition war against a tank with assault stance, providing you can hit him from behind, and you MAY win against a WE if you got the advantage (DoTs + assault before being kd to death), maybe a choppa too since they are papermade.
Forget mara wich will get far more sustain than you, Magi and sorc will vaporize you even with ranged KD since nerfed-button-cheated-sequence-instakill.

Anyway, skirmish is in a very bad state, for a too much long time now.
Despite the "yes we have plans to get better SW", it's still "soon (tm)" for more than a year now. So dont hope anything for the itmes to come... :/
