Hey guys,
Open an in game ticket with as much information you can get. We took backups before we rolled back the medallions/crests. We should be able to restore them on a case-by-case basis.
I have been told I have a number of tickets waiting for me so it might be a slow process. I will do my best.

First off, thanks for taking the time to look into this. Much appreciated!
When you say "in-game ticket" do you then mean we should use the "GM Appeal" from the in-game Help menu?
I made an appeal through that on this topic, but can't see that I've submitted one. So not sure, if I'm using the right tool - or if I'm simply sending appeals to a long-gone Mythic / EA support.
