In these situations, try to get a proof and ask a bunch of people in your warband to report him. I don't guarantee this will get him suspended or anything because Game Masters are the ones in charge of such misbehavior, and they evaluate every case respectively. Consider every player report a lawsuit; The more proof you present to the judge (GM) the harsher the judgement will be. You can reach out to Game Masters with the screenshots/videos on Discord.

That doesn't make it okay and a GM will still throw you out of the game for a significant amount of time if you're caught abandoning your team during a city siege. Whether this is from direct intervention, which usually makes GM's very cranky as you're ruining their ability to participate in city sieges, or through well presented evidence.
