What bringing facts to a “feels like” discution on balance, what are you thinking.
destruction Attacker Win % - 47.83
Order Attacker Win % - 91.67
This stood out as a very telling stat , but suppose shows it’s a Destro problem so can be ignored
its about destro who only know how to zerg. (i blame new aoe cap 24, byt ok ppl know better)

Destro have also been pushing two forts at the same time recently. Usually this means one of them is being thrown, and the other still has a chance to be lost.

Yes Destro been taking double forts to win, to break up order and further limit the defenders. Without this the Destro win stats would be much worse

Let's not forget Destro's weird obsession with pushing simultaneous forts and throwing one in an attempt to pull defenders but failing both because they're trying to be too fancy. Attacker/defender population data is needed or any kind of conclusions drawn from this is pure conjecture.
What is being attempted here is to break up the Order amoeba*, filling fort A with the best/most organized Order defenders and fort B with less than the best defenders, or having fort B at less than capacity. It doesn't always work because quite a few attackers in A will fail one push, quit, and move to fort B. This allows defenders from A to move to defend B, as well, which leaves Destruction with insufficient attackers to take either one.
*'amoeba' is what would be called a zerg if Destruction did it.

I sure wonder how many pages it will take to bring back good old Solar Flare to the topic

Well, thats 2 cities (or more?) in less than a day that Order has pushed. It does seem like forts are won - not thrown because there is no talk of throwing in destro chat.
A real issue lately has been in ORvR with Order fielding 300+ people to Destro's 130-150, which allows for more frequent fort and city pushes, and less and less people are playing in Destro overall, the regular pug wb leads haven't been on in days or weeks.
With the holidays and other games coming out, this is a really bad time for the faction balance.

Great data, order has more stationary ranged aoe dps... you don't need a tracker to see that.

Dest have a tendency to throw fort for City. I play on both side and I have yet to be in order fort where it was intentionally thrown (you have your afk ppl up in 3f or what not)
There were a couple on dest defensive where the wb just stay up on 3f the ENTIRE time where pug wb would go down and wipe and the main "organized" group would just sit up there until the lord is dead so they can kill some attacker and go to city.
I mean order was out number last two weeks by 100 during European timezone and only last/this weekend did order started to have more people. (x-realm?)

Each side zergs, those screencaps are from Friday night, and are fairly normal numbers for NA Order.
The only difference is, when order pulls those numbers they can routinely take forts and push city; when
destro does they struggle to push forts, and often fail(as the Fort Tracker has shown). This zerg trope
is invalid, and serves no purpose to further the conversation.

Last 12 forts not a single Destro fort win, even the order trolls should be seeing a problem
