Just added more features to many of them that weren't supported before. But as it says in patch notes we haven't really started using these features yet.

But for example it makes it possible to add patrolling guards in keeps, or Roaming NPCs in dungeons instead of all of them standing still.

Hi I downloaded the game, put it on and when I started it I downloaded 917 files before I logged in. My friend does the same thing for him to download 17,000 files. what makes this possible?

Covenant of Vitality was giving healing credit to the DoK who provided the aura, instead of the player who had the aura on them and caused the proc. No other aura/buff worked like that. This change is just for scoreboards, and affects nothing balance-wise.
