I dont think so but i have no clue! I think its more blindluck that SH has a unique helmet from it.

As a general rule, if you dont find a Armor piece in the appearance guide , try to buy green Gear at your capital vendors. There is no hidden Gear in quests.

After a long break, I've come back to find that the appearance of the item has changed again.
So I've lost my Prussian helmet for the second time.
Does anyone know which item it is now? How to get the appearence back?
