This is not in regards to melee WP but Salvation Spec...thank you

Which of the tactics would you replace with RR?
Thats pretty much depends on context (you can have 5 tactics loadouts to switch between). If I don't expect to be hit (funnels/playing safe) it's either IR or ED. However, in funnels ED can be nice if you get some AoE fluff to trigger your ED (thank you mr Magus for your Mist). If I expect to be hit its usualy Discipline to go away. If I expect no fluff AoE and I play safe around pulls, then I may drop ED and keep Discipline.
