suffering the same issue everything used to work fine but for the last few days getting constant spikes to the point the game is unplayable

So far from the little data available from people who ran traceroute, it seems the issue is with the pdx1-hil1-vac1 points, when your connection hops through those. seems both west coast US and Australia go through those and people who ran with VPN, those points seem to be skipped.
