I've raised a bug tracker.
I found the quest after it vanished at KV 22 in TM WC. COmpleted that step, and it send me to Gazbag in KV. He gave me a quest i accepted about some barrel he's sat on having a mushroom, then the quest vanished from my list again.

Exactly the same step where it vanished for me too. Still have the mushrooms in my inventory (the token/currency inventory, weird enuff)... Hope there is enuff data to sort it.

I am also having trouble with this quest line. I found a "Slimy Rock" in a mine in KV, turned that in to Gazbad Da Great and the quests just end there.
PS - is there a level requirement at some point? Level 35 zealot atm.
