Fight at camp it's only advantagoue for ppl that are loosing, increase drop or renow earned near flag it's just stupid, what change if instead be killed on camp you get totaly owned on the flags? If you loose at wc with guards that help you, what chance can you have to win a fight in open ground?

----> Scenario need a better matchmaking based on renow bracket and itiem levels (yea there is for some reasons something like that but seems no one remember about it). Also i want fight and kill, of course i could not care more about flags and this is the best part, everytimes ppl want leech renow and exp instead fight so if sometimes ppl loose the sc (hard) cos they want blood what's the problem?

The loot problem it's a different matter and i have to ask in regard of that a thing.

Actually how loot in rvr work? it's group based? Because it should be location and contribution based.

If it's group based only the ppl in the group that made the kill (or attack him for first) can roll it, this mean that the chance that not premade ppl get loot or ppl not in a 24 men wb is extremly low. Itiems and so money get all in the same pocket.
I Can understand the chance to make good drop only avaible in rvr and with rvr itiem infuelnce avaible + rvr sets equip should not be a great concern, but some ppl like in the exemple could chance gamestyle just to earn more loot than others. It's more right reward the group or give the chance to all that make the kill possible earn the reward? I found extremly hard equip any char with out a dedicated group now, it eventually end the farm but it turn to be badder for not equiped ppl after the change.

matchmaking is bad idea. impossible and waste of time and resources.

lets say you make it 2/2/2

order get - 2 loldps SMs, 1 dps AM, 1 dps RP , 2 engis
destro get - chosen,borc,mara,choppa,heal dok,heal zealot

its 2 tanks, 2 dps, 2 healers but even with same gear and renown do u think its balanced?

much more than if order has 4 bw a sw and a SM.

It's not about being perfectly balanced, just making it less ****.

MOBAS like LoL and DotA have all moved on to this type of que, using different methods. LoL takes the direct approach of just making you que as a certain role and its system grouped people together based on that. DotA gives groups more freedom by allowing them to play whatever they want, but a rotational picking system and time in between to discuss who is playing what allows for a team of random pugs to pick a coherant lineup.

PvP games are moving towards que system that try to make balanced team even with pugs.

Of course the best way to have a balanced team is always to que w/ friends, in the case of warhammer 6 man premades. But not everyone is going to do that, and that effect both sides. As premade vs pugs almost always results in an ass beating.

This doesn't only go in favour of destro, we see the same problems as Order does. It's really a player choice issue. Choosing to play classes by archetype instead of a solo player mindset is by far the better way.

That said, it seems that DoK itemization is mostly dps oriented, I'm surprised we don't see more dps DoKs.

Any time I do I get shunned by people for doing dps with a healer class. Not to mention I would rather play a Dps shammy than a dps DoK cuz shammies are awesome. :D

this type of matchmaking yes.

A matchmaking based on "itiems level" no.

Also it dosen't mean have ppl or--.> no sc....if there are fine if not sc start as always.
pretty sure is not so hard add a couter to itiems levels and also why it was not done before by mythic. I Dont get what itiem level should be used for otherwise.

As has been said matchmaking around archtype would never work as they arent balanced.

Putting pre v pre would be better but then you will just have people queue sinking.

I don't understand why people just give up on the idea of some sort of pug matchmaking becuase "archetypes are not balanced" or "sometimes healers will be dps". Yes it will still be **** at times, but you can't argue that it wouldn't be less ****, if the matchmaking at least made an effort to put healer classes in groups before it would pop.

Premade vs premade is idea, but we all know on a low pop server that would lead to extremely long que times, and not just because of the low population.
