Every class has a bunch of speed tools, and all of them randomly appear and disappear from buffhead. At the same time, every solo player is potentially speedhacking, no matter the class. Make videos, check them, send them to GM's, if they get banned they get banned and everyone gets a fun system announcement in world chat.
