If by grinding you are referring to pq's - so many end in a hero that most melee can't stand toe to toe with unless they outlevel greatly or outgear greatly the area. Most ranged however can just kite in a circle to get that bag.

BO with Can't hit Me! and Stop Hittin' Da Runts.
100% block chance and AP regen.
Get some HP regen and you're good to go.

On live I could solo BE.
