if you want async compilation can just check WARP flag on the dxpl dont know if you tried, its not well explained what it does but it enable async compilation

I followed all step you mention to get Voodoo to work, but i have that not opening launcher issue, dunno if i'm dumb but what do i reename exactly and where after i run voodoo control panel and opened the launcher ?
