Every rp/zel i see in sc's spam group heal aka fluff heals. It just makes their heal nums look good but, you can't rely on them to direct heal with INSTANT cast to keep someone who is almost dead from dieing. Because their group heal takes 2 sec to cast and by that time lots of stuff can be dead. They do have plenty of direct heals but they dont use them like they should.

You do understand that those numbers are the amount restored not the amount overhealed correct? Those so called "fluff" heals are usually the zeal/rp procing their laundry list of tactics on the party and maintaining a solid baseline of health for the party to work with. If you are dieing in under 2 seconds then you have other issues then a healer's cast time to worry about, namely why your tanks aren't guarding and challenging to smooth out the damage curve.

It has scoreboard at the end with heal numbers. I can read mate. I didn't say they are over-heals. Yes i know their are tactics which create acts like armor buffs etc. However none of that has anything to do with actually witnessing a rp/zel spaming 2 sec group heals and meanwhile they have a group mate on 10% health who is almost dead. And by the time the group heal takes action, that guy on low health is long gone. But they do have instant cast direct heals which can at least give the person who is dieing a chance to survive? Because sometimes once you do a rez on a player, it turns into an all out rez cycle that will spiral out of control. Now you have 2 ppl dead. And youre still spaming that group heal with its acts. But it doesnt matter. Cause once 1 or 2 of you are dead in an sc, then usually you are outnumbered at that point of who is still alive in the fight. This is not good. Do you understand?

The RP and the zealot are the stabilizers of each faction. Not WP and DOK.

Rune of adamant and Ancestors echo tactic and the zealot equivalent are the reason why. They provide the protection that WP/DOK and AM/Shaman can't

With the Bad Bad snare changes, the time it takes to reach point A to point B has been reduced by at least 50% and that is why the AM is not a good choice outside 6s setting for either SCs or WB play. Only exception is to have 1 AM for instant res in wb play.

AM is the most stationary healer in the game and FE won't save them. So easily interrupted. It also makes them easiest target to pull by choppers and Maras.

The Shaman has at least its insta-cast abilities to fall back on, whereas the AM does not. The AM has its hots and has to overwrite Healing Energy over and over again if needs to be on the move. Massively inefficient with wasted GCDs.

The snare changes F'ed the AM the most, but so some degree all cloth healers. Notice they reduced snares but did nothing to cast time to group heals, 2.5s. This is how I know, not think that the Snare change are a huge mistake and someone was obviously not thinking.

What instant cast ability the shaman got compared to AM.
Being pulled has nothing to do with class. Reposition earlier if you have less on the move skills.
