It's rather bad on this server, lots of just overextended mdps who die and then blame you. I play a WH and am known to over extend but do so knowing I might die or I might get the kill I was chasing and make it back. But I've stopped playing my RP outside of guild/invited parties simply because the average pug group is full of these ppl.

True.
The other day i was raging on a WH because he didn't assist me (on my WL). I would attack their Zealot (they had 2 healers) but he would just chase this Magus for the WHOLE SC (and never got even close to killing him).
Funniest part was when Poooooop said "damn DPS you should reroll to other classes!" and he was a DPS AM (with way less damage/DBs than either me or the WH, and healing stats that showed he only healed himself)

I don't think I've been messaged after an SC and when I do talk to folks, most often the community has been real friendly and helpful. I wouldn't let a couple bad eggs get you down because there will always be a few bad eggs anywhere.
I know for me at least, my expectations are extremely low if I don't go into an SC as a healer or with a healer buddy. I'm always very pleasantly surprised if I find my hp consistently topped off!

I think the main thing we should all do is to thank the healers who are doing the job in pugs. It's not an easy task to heal with the party frames messed up.
I Try and always sort the SC scoreboard by heals and whisper a word of Thanks or simply Good Job in there before I load out of the SC. You get more flies with honey than vinegar.

There are some legit bad healers out there, and the kind of people who play healers are generally very unstable and any kind of criticism or advice thrown their way is like another holocaust. It's best to just keep your mouth shut otherwise they will say something like "WELL GUESS WHAT? YOU ARENT GETTING ANY HEALS NOW!!!1"

Well, I guess it all depends upon the person. Nobody likes to be Criticized and sometimes they are under some self imposed stress etc.
You may be better off just resigning yourself to not getting any heals and be happy if you do as was previously suggested in this thread. More than anything, a good healer makes or breaks a group - this is why many (if not all) of the competent healers are in guilds and/or premades. This also benefits the healer insomuch as they know who's super squishy, who has the tendency to overextend, and who will be OK with dropping pretty low while he's topping off a teammate.
It's a PuG. It's not going to be perfect nor pretty. If you set realistic expectations, you won't be too disappointed.

I find this stuff so rare actually. Your thread would be better if you named people.
There's also healers that are so ungrateful of DPS, like that Landren warrior priest dude who screams in chat. Hilarious.

This seems to be an Order issue... I rarely see people in /ad talking bad about healers on Destro... actually I never saw it, yet. I've on many occasions thanked random players in scenarios either for doing a good job healing me or throwing a guard on me. I guess it depends on the person.
