The cast time reduction proc that would reduce cast times by 50% and proc off HoTs, making it basically a permanent buff. Combined with focused mind = insta-cast group heal. With the insane regen rate of RF back then it was glorious, but super OP. It was before the WP nerfs as well, so our group heal could crit for 3-4k.

Reduced cast times by 25% or 50% cant remember. It was pretty much up all the time. Also WP didnt have many issues with Righteous Fury at the time. So almost instant cast grp heals allowed WPs to move more and not get punished.
