I think ror-streamers not running a delay, and potentially in real-time showing location of warbands could be a minor issue. But RoR has opted to not force streamers to have chat-box overlay or stream delays, so thats just the rules we play with.
Some wb leaders surely have 2nd monitor with opposite realm account for it. Maybe some even have modified addons to include enemy crowns too.
Addons should not be able to do that, the data is only sent to the same realm.

i mean i can imagine that both factions have spies who are actively give information from /1 to their masters. and now that can even spy out movement strategies

The addition of the Crowns have already lead to the improvement, that you see way more tactical movement by pug and semi coordinated warbands.
They see where the other Leaders are and don't have to ask for a position in /1 that could be no longer accurate the moment the answer is given to them.
They see where other leaders are heading to and pulling up flanks so naturally, witch you would have only seen by warband leaders in direct communication before.

I belive that many players after playing for long time can say with high predictibility(based on legall given data) where warband leaders are in that moment concluding it from that leaders playstyle. No need to have stream/xrealm chat spy.

Blobing is result of RvR fight dynamic and map desighn(RvR desighn in sum: pathing/respawn point/safe spots/ temporarily made frontline around crutial tactical positions ect ect) (Someone had greate idea that could be rethink- with aditional spawning points in RvR)
Tantalising people with ideal antiblob mechanics or notblob etic is dicy. And i belive many maps are not even siuted for any antiblob mechanics couse of theirs size.
One more step i would test would be showing AAO only for side player is. No more showing BOs status for opponents- it eliminate possibility to rush one spot when BOs getting taken.
From my perspective/ gathered data and conclusion SoR in modern form create more "blobing" then intntionaly gathering players to have advantage in fights.
"Oh no - BOs is burning lets go ther- thinks 50player in zone"
