Please rethink the 4pc proc chance on dps cast healers. 5% chance isn't happening at all, because we don't have enough direct dmg in rapid succession to hit about 20 times for 1 proc. This only works on classes with autoattack and/or plenty aoe attacks.
Additionally, the 6pc proc doesn't help us either. Opposed to all other DD classes we have no flat 5% crit chance bonus on set. This alone makes Bloodlord set not viable at all above 2pc bonus, which is a shame.
Raise 4pc proc chance to 10% or change the set bonus to something else, albeit it would have to change on other classes too.
Additionally change 6pc proc into flat 5% crit chance.

In their current form, the set is only viable for tank, melee, ballistic and semi-viable on aoe spec casters.

Melee armor appears to be the worst of the bunch, the bonuses are not very good at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Similar to healer sets. 5% proc chance on a caster is useless, as it never procs, because there is no viable aoe spec.

5% proc actually happens 5% of the time. Or in other words, once every twenty attacks (or so).

Far more frequently than never.

Are there any healing weapons for DoK/WP? Or is the whole loot table DPS spec centric?

Yes, obviously but casting 20 direct spells on a target to get statistically one 9sec proc for 6% crit, resulting in 8% total crit with a super low uptime is not viable at all. Such low proc rate only works on classes with AA hit to stack high amounts of hits.

I find it sad to see such a response on obviously bad set bonus.

5% proc with a 9s uptime in a game with a 1.2s-ish GCD certainly doesn't have 100% uptime. Yes, I'm quite aware this is not a permanent 6% crit boost.

Why would anyone take a set, with 2% crit and super low proc rate to get 6% more, while plenty lower sets get flat 5% as set bonus?
Even most other Bloodlord sets have flat 5% crit on top of this proc. Don't you see this disparity?
The ballistic set for example has overall only good set bonus and with AA and pet hits the 5% proc chance isn't even a problem.
After all t4 pve sets being heal focused, I and probably other dps healers hoped for a well made pve dps set and personally I was hyped for Bloodlord.
Sadly the result is a mess with 2 useless set bonus and no viable option opposed to previous sets. With the current state, only taking 2 pieces for additional wounds is viable.

Boost 2 is in the 4pc slot, not 5/6 where you would get a flat crit bonus. Regarding healer DPS sets these are your other options. I would take Bloodlord 100% of the time over the others looking at it as a full set option. That's how they're designed.
