I sure hope we get other pairings soon.
Hope so, if you watch at the devs fixed and tested list you see that T2 Orcs/Dwarfs is fixed and tested.

But I think they will start with fixing keep attack and defense first and then move on for other RvR areas. Keep Loot has to be implemented, the last parts of RvR Gear which you can get from the bags of a keep Lord and so on.
Or as Azrael has said,.."... we will fix first most of the bugs before we add another area wich will produce more unresolved bugs."
