Yal you are my favorite and I love you, but as for reading the dev diary .... what is the fun in that? The Speculation beast is awake and it is soooooo much more fun to read all of these "what if" scenarios.

t- Give common "pug" leaders fancy stuff to keep them motivated.
u- Make PQ's contribute RvR in some way [Maybe buff for BO npc's, or heal keep lord ect]

y- Make a sessional progress. [ wipe everything every x month ]

nah, but scenarios are working nicely but they could try to find ways to make a few more different modes availabl/accesible (eg 6vs6)

I would prefer moving back to 4 individual tiers myself (plus suggestion i)

nah. Why do you want to do that? T2 right now is a disaster IMHO (super dead).

It is easy, but there could be additional perks (eg city scroll, fast mount, or aegis)

perhaps.. I could use the occasional Keep->Warcamp teleport. I also like some of the teleporters in T1.

They should start with weak power then build to greater power over time or usage.

I was thinking about the option to 'refer' for invites, so that leader can get reffered invites which could help smaller wb's grow more quickly.

Maybe but there is already lots that could be going just with the lakes. Separation is a good thing IMO. I like the idea of event mobs being located near Objectives.

2- T2+ RvR rework (blueprint ready, to be started asap)
It is a deeper and longer work. This one is in the continuity of the T1 rework (meaning you will find T1 basics + higher tier specific changes). Its purpose it to bring lot of rhythm and give to any topology of players (solo, group, wb, zerg, specific classes) options to influence the campaign. It will be an attempt to infuse something more nervous, violent and incentive in the global mechanic.
is this included in doom's day event? this could be something really big.

This part is a Work in Progress. Sadly it won't be ready for the event :). Note that if DD event is a real success and considerd as a real improvment/solution to many gameplay issues, we will maybe make it permanent.
