The far bigger change on RoR is the toning down of the insane crit meta order used to have, and the insane proc meta destro used to have. If you're going to weep blood start there and internal cooldowns.

Yeah thats my favorite change this patch. Makes it less annoying to change specs, not so much amazing on DPS but on Tanks/Heals that want to switch between stuff like SnB/2H or DPS its ammaaazing.

Now that's what's good
I like these changes for the rSH, specially the Big Shootin' ones. Looks good on paper, let's try it out ingame. Good to see the willingness of the Dev team to work on it. There's probably players that will still see holes on the rSH paths, but if the Dev team keep this up im sure most players will find the rework more apealing. So far it looks like an improvement.

I've tested new changes this evening, both solo and in party and... I really, really like them!
Quick Shooting got it's mobility back, rotations consist of 5-7 skills and are fluid again, I can assist without major issues and lack of range* is bearable thanks to reworked skills.
Plus SOR change made order leave warcamp so we can have some fights again. Good patch, kudos

+15ft actually gives me slightly
less range than it did two days ago but now I can live with it (90ft now, 91ft before with invader + gas squig).

Now that we can change renown for free, what would people think about having dual spec? Obviously on a long cooldown and out of combat only, but it would be nice when you load in to a scenario with 4 other healers to be able to switch to dps spec before the match starts.
