You make it sound as if a shaman slots run away in a warband during city siege because only there and at similar funnels the Skill is most effective. It won't save you if being alone and getting pushed by a warband or even a competent group.

80ft distance for a core mechanic ability (that shamans and AMs have to spec for) in a supposedly long range healing class and with near zero survivability in close range combat (for AMs, not shamans) is what im saying has tobe fixed.
Shamans and AMs are not comparable bc of the diferences stated by me and many others.

yes, these two classes are unforgiving. You need to know what you are doing or at the first error you'll die. But that's the funny part of the class. WP/RP are boring AF, plz don't kill AM just because a couple of dum dum can't play the class. Those ppl can jusr roll a WP. Also, they are not the "worst healers", I can give play of SS of both city and SC where Shaman/AM top the charts. I know SS aren't much of a proof, but searching around the forum you can find plenty of proofs, like Cimba's Ranked videos or Leaky's City videos.

I mean AM are by far the worst healer. Yes I know in the right situation they can top heals but so can a Chosen top dps in scs.

Giving the AM some survivability won’t make it unfun. Leakys city is 10 mins of EOV with no one hitting him. There’s a reason every city wb wants WP/RP.
