Nonsense, they destroyed the 2H IB spec in roaming, first GnM was nerfed, then it was removed, HB blow nerf, parry nerf. Tank channel attacks broken. R.i.P 2H IB.
I guess SnB is all there is left to do. Nothing OP about SnB tanks, they just tanky and endure 1vs1 against those with patience enough to stick it out.

IMO it would make sense if heal debuffs affected regen.

I would say that if I were in good shape, I would not be able to win, too much has changed after the patch in terms of gameplay, and I think def WE is dead, it no longer has any damage against tanks, but at the same time it takes a lot more damage than before, perhaps this is due to the change after the patch
