Soooo, how soon is "soon" when we can expect a statement or such about this changing, as this is pretty much the only carrot that keeps a lot of people interested after the first couple of hype days are over. Several people in the IRC have made the suggestion of setting it to max rank cap and cutting all gain by 80%-90% so it takes a long time to reach RR but you actually have something to do.
