Well, this is midinformation too. They are the best at their role, that is: ST healing, out of party healing and support. Every healer is the best choice to fulfill a specific task

Pretty good st heals if they easily top city scores for healing then.

They are actually great for aoe burst heals but you need the right grp setup, their biggest drawback in pugs and the enemy has to be tight together and your allies as well. They don't top city numbers because of ST heals.

EoV is an aoe heal on allies. In comparison to all core aoe heals, you need an offensive and defensive target, which makes it more challenging to use effectively. Well, for the off target you assist on your main melee dd. It damages and heals around your respective target.

Like any healer, who is the target of the enemy assist train, you need help to survive but it offers more raw healing power in those tight areas than any other heal class, when certain conditions are met. This works a lot better in premades.
They are the hardest to play (properly) heal classes for a reason.
