**Twilight's Tide Expired Ring Vendors**

Players whose Level 40 Twilight's Tide Rings expired last year at Purple Rarity can now upgrade these to Annulus Rings by speaking to the new vendors added on the Isle of the Dead.

(These vendors are nearby when you first port in.)

The required materials to upgrade to Annulus remain the same.

Check the Isle of the Dead, right as you port in. You should see the vendor there!

Was it planned that the vendor would only upgrade old signets? I understood it to mean that I could also reactivate my old annulli.

noob question here regarding SC's...Why is there not a cap per match on healer classes? every match is like 5 healers for order to 1 or 2 for destro, its so stupid. I guess the argument could be made that not all healer classes will heal but that's the risk you run. Its better than queing only to have 4 tanks on one side with 5 healers on the other.

This is the very reason people make those filthy premade groups. To avoid random setups.

Not enough people play support classes.

Most of veterans who already have 4-5 support characters rr80+ and BiS will not play them in SCs, they will also want to rank up a DD class. Most of new players want to play a DD class.

It is how it is, nothing can change that except maybe a bonus reward for playing a healer or a tank and using archetype mechanics correctly, I mean a better reward than the +1 crest by medal... it's ridiculous.

I think that if ratio of tank-heal-dd would be somehow balanced, matchmaking would be better.

What you might mean is support players requiring good DD in group to make kills and get rewards.
Joining a pug warband as support class is usually quite bad for rewards, since often only 1-2 DD in the full WB have meaningful kill numbers.
