Well, he somehow found what the problem was but didn't share how he fixed it. All I know is I am trying all suggested options I see and none seem to work.

Can anyone share URL to resolve mythloginserviceconfig.xml problem?

I've downloaded English version from internet (not from torrents) but i dont have this file in my folder - error popout from launcher with this info:
