Afaik, the droptables work on npc type (or npc ID) not the level the npc has. I think it's pure luck.

I was unaware of this bug to get decimaters I bought it off the auction what do I do delete it?

Guys if you want to grind for Bloody gear there is a PQ in Chrace (last PQ at the bottom 16k 51K) and kill the mobs. Mobs names are Shining Guard something... (dudes on horses) GO GET EM!!!
