I'm sorry I must have misunderstood you then. I read your post as you saying they've had enough respect (as in, they don't deserve more) and that the organisers should have had "more forethought, less philosophising" (similar to how some were whining about how it was poorly planned). Sorry if my interpretation was wrong.
