Return of Reckoning

Thanks a lot. Now it is much more easier for my wife

I try to run game and it comes up but this comes up also and there are no characters to choose it's just the quit, settings, etc options.

Download winrar(Google it).
Then open the file you download with winrar.
You will see some files in there.Select them and extract them in Warhammer Online - Age of Reckoning folder.
Replacing the existing ones.

i dont know it works for some who have problems with the normal launcher.

It's simply an unpacked version with the key files that the launcher looks for upon start up.
