- Changer's Echo - Base damage increased from 248 to 448
Now it should be worth going 13 points up for.

Melee wp with 30% avoidance bypass seems a bit much

- Bludgeon - Righteous Fury gain increased from 30 to 35.
- Absence of Faith - Now builds 30 Righteous Fury instead of requiring 30 Righteous Fury.
- Repent - Now usable with any weapon.
- Divine Impact - Now additionally reduces the target's chance to parry or block by 10% for 10 seconds.
- Blessing of Sigmar - Duration increased from 10 to 15 seconds.
- Castigation - Duration increased from 10 to 15 seconds. Damage ticks changed from 5 * (24 + 0.35*DB + 50*WDPS) to 5 * (30 + 0.45*DB + 0.6*WDPS)
Some Cool change the problem we had was some buff/debuff. Now they are longer soo we can actualy apply them. The class goes more on a debuff/buff class which i like (similar to ib and bg) Even if we lose some overall dps from the old guilty soul. Only thing is divine impact still pretty darn slow easy to predict and punt etc. I would still put Hammer of sigmar under the 50% restriction and add crit like it was or no crit but require 50 RF instead of 80 but require target to be under 50% health.
But cool changes guys!

Melee DoK heal debuff still requires 30 SE. Melee WP heal debuff now builds RF instead of costing RF.
With the new Drowning in Blood mechanic making melee DoK dependent on SE generation (whereas the WP does not have to interact or rely on this mechanic) what was the thought process behind making this change to WP and not to just DoK or both?

I agree that Lacerate should be changed back to AP cost/building SE to maintain parity with Castigation, but to say that WP doesn't have to interact with its class resource is an odd statement to make. WP's big damage is tied to Divine Impact and Hammer of Sigmar, both of which have high costs, and WP doesn't have the luxury of Covenant of Celerity nor any speed boosts.

both classes are losing class resources about the same, but here's the thing: the doc has the ability to slow down rdps, WP doesn't. the doc will now have at least some semblance of burst damage due to drowning in blood, WP doesn't have this. And WP is much more dependent on the critical strike chance due to the main tactics of guilty soul, which there is nothing to replace. Both classes are about the same level in the dps spec, but wp has no tools at all to close the distance with rdps classes, except for weapons from the dungeon, but with it wp loses more than it gains.

- Searing Touch - 1-4 Tranquility bonus changed from 15% damage to 10% strikethrough. 5 Tranquility bonus changed from 30% increased damage to 10% strikethrough (40% slow remains).
- Bunch O' Waaagh! - 1-4 Gork's Waaagh! bonus changed from 15% damage to 10% strikethrough. 5 Gork's Waaagh! bonus changed from 30% increased damage to 10% strikethrough (40% slow remains).
And with this change, you made the mechanic ignoreable and somewhat bland for dps AM/Shamans instead of something to play around of. I was hoping you'd build actual DPS speccs for those classes and not just some hybrid specc variations. Oh boi...
The snare as 5 points bonus alone is not worth losing all 5 stacks, the burst tactic reduces the benefit of that snare even more. Personally, I'd keep the buff mechanic as was and reduce the healing not by 10% but by 80%. If you think that is too complicated to play around, I'd keep the 80% and remove the 25% reduction on the touch burst tactic and make those classes actual valid dps options.
I've done some testing around and I could get a burst of 6k dmg over 3 seconds out of the class with a perfect setup on a unguarded target previously. That is less, than what can do on sorc / bw ST speccs (again, expecting a valid dps specc option from my side).
We'll see how this plays out, maybe now you go for dot damage increase instead of touch and take blessing remove instead of the 5 points tactic.

Good thing it is only 20% then.

Remeber that enemy cant debuff more than 50% of your block/parry/dodge/disrupt.
