I know that t4 is now the Main goal.
Will the appearance Token be activated with t4 release or at a later Date?
Will they be bind on pickup or tradeable?

Second question:
The beloved dwarf backpacks like the one I have posted earlier havent made it to the summary on the first side. Will they come?

I would be a Fan of tradeable, as I have a dessire for them and other players dont need them when they drop.

Hello devs. Can you add apperiance vendor with all(for the first time it will be good only all rvr known sets, from rr8 to rr70) without any stats and with lower lvl requirments. This is not so easy, but I think its more easy than look for really interesting items from npc, that was never used on live.

Adding the gear from rr70 wont help you look cooler in T1 (fx.) because it will not be available for you anyway.
