Hello, I am fairly new and am trying to get everything started. I seem to have it downloaded, but this keeps popping up.

Can anyone help me with my login problem? I installed the game without any problems and I can run the launcher without problems / errors. It takes me to the server screen, there is nothing but a black box. There is a time limit at the end,,I have the problem after changing the router and connecting to another network

I play through vpn but I have high ping. Is there another solution?

I am having an issue with the launcher and I don't know what to do. I'm very confused.

First, I open the launcher. Second, I click connect. Third, I get the following issue.

I restarted my computer, but that did nothing. I also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the client, but that did nothing. What do?

The game disconnects me just because it can be?

I keep getting a message saying my internet has dropped out every time I try to install it.

Same problem as stated above.
