Most that I've talked with prefer double WP/DoK because it's easy. Not a matter of them being better, they're just better at handling themselves. You don't need to babysit them quite as much.

the thing is that you will never see zealot + shammy, wont even mention dobule shammy or zealots.
one of the problems is that ghealing is better than ST heals. So the fact that you got pretty good ST heals means almost nothing while someone got superior gheal tools.
part of the problems is the proc rates of gheals that in some way make you use it quite often and at that dok/wp are much potent thatn other healers

But then why is that you always see double DoK/wp being run in groups?
Because they out preform the other healers
While it is true several groups run double dok/wp, i don't think that's the best setup for a group. I would rather go Dok/Zea or even Dok/Sha.
We run both those combinations depending on who we have online and i feel the DoK/Zealot setup works better

I am in agreement, MRP has some really solid healers, but our best healing combo is DoK-Zealot, one of the top zealots in my time zone. Note: Our healers all have different classes of healer and we have settled on this combo being the best for our group make up, Dbl Dok being a close second.

Still says a lot about the class when it is present in all setups. You will see Dok/Zea, Dok/Shaman or Dok/Dok. How often do you see Zea/Shaman?

Dok is to healers what Chosen is to tanks.

I disagree. Tanks are much more balanced than healers. The only problem i see on tanks are KotBS, who need a little toning down. Other than that they are all pretty balanced.

lol brojangles - don't you know? SM/BO are far superior to your puny chosen. Just ask the pugfarmers, they'll tell you it's proven!

Jokes aside, BG/BO and IB/SM are pretty viable tank setups.
Then again Chosen/KotBs still don't have all their toys. BUT this thread is not about tanks. So, back to Dok/WP.
