Does it still allow to use tactics (all 3 slots?) Abilitys and morales higher then lvl 13?

Tactics, abilities and morales are also affected. Tactic slots become limited and abilities/morales higher than your debolstered rank will not function.

hm, do players still reward the same amount of RR/EXP when killed in t1? i dont want to give people tons of renown just because im rr40 but downgraded.
