I use A4Tech RT5 nothing special but works well. But as kkprfx suggested maybe you should think about an mmo mouse - Razer or other - many more buttons near to your thumb but they are more pricey.

if prices are an issue, well any mouse on a lower price with with 2 or 3 extra buttons are fne and working.

You can
Shift +
Alt +
CTRL+ (depending on how good you reach ctrl with your hand easily)

that makes 2-3 skills per mousebutton. and when you add some skills requiring no movement to F R E Q C X paired with CTRL and ALT and SHIFT it won't interfere with the WASD movement. you then have enough keys and combinations to assign skills.

Imo its better to save up moneyzz and get a good one thats gonna last.
Highly recommend the logitech g600. 12 buttons, rly small (helps if ur hand is small too xD), u can set up macros, rly easy to use, it has like 3 different modes in which u can assign different key combinations and........ raaaaainbow colours :D

Screw razer U_U

it's quite small and will prolly take some time to get used to it,but its worth it.
Razer Naga Hex is the one i use, i bought it primarily for Guildwars 2 which requires less buttons than most MMO's

The Hex has only 6 buttons where the regular naga has 12? on the thumb, the lack of buttons may or may not be made up for the fact that they are positioned well so that multiple buttons are not pressed at once. Which is something my huge thumb seems to do with the regular Naga.

I do highly recommend the Naga's for the thumb buttons and the nice quality sensor, something i find a lot smoother than the logitech mice i have had.

My girlfriend uses a steelseries mouse and the sensor on that may be even better than the naga, however they lack the amount of buttons the naga has (as do most mice)

I can say from experience that using a razer naga (or even the hex as i use) does give you an advantage over other players without a similar mouse, you can dedicate almost exclusively one hand to the movement cluster and you do not have to ever mouse-click an ability, so whilst you are attacking, you are always moving simultaneously. This means you can strafe to a point you can use objects of scenery to LoS ranged damage dealers, without having to drop any attacks on your target, and other little things like that. Without that many buttons on the mouse, doing the same thing would be a lot more difficult, or you may even have to stand still while fighting, allowing other players who use the mouse to target... easily target you. :)
