This new system forces players to powerlvl to t4 and that's not good becuase you enter t4 with 10-12 rr. My suggestion is boost % rr gained to rr40 and t3 influence (especially emp/chaos since the belt is still good in t4).

I believe you didnt quite understand me: There is a plan for a new system for T2 and T3 currently in the works. You will have to wait for changes until it is finished.
