Return of Reckoning

While changing default color of advice to white would probably solve a lot of posting there I personally think the point is to make it stick out so you can easily see if someone wants advice you can help with.

This matter is a double edged sword in my eyes. I believe in more enforcing on not using advice in the right manner and also with more information to players (by staff and players alike) that advice is for ADVICE ONLY
