This wasnt and shouldnt be a destro v order debate (for me) its the fact that the change was aimed at balancing classes that benefit from +% crit damage while it affects every class, itemization shouldnt be the fix for balance issues.

Im puzzled, no gear gives +% crit damage other then epic quest weapons (which i believe are unchanged ?) and the whole reason was to tone down crit damage, i dont see heal crit itemization being an issue and as i have stated previously this change indirectly affects every class not just the classes which this change was aimed at.
If you take the extra +power given on weapons which replaced crit you would notice that classes with +% crit damage tactics/career mechanics now hit harder then before.
